Ayodele is a graduate of Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Akoka and an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria with over 10 years experience in Insurance Underwriting and Claims, Fund Management and Administration. He also holds Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He is also Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
He started his career with Nigerian Life and Provident Company. He is Controller (Operations)
