Guaranteed Income Portfolio

This is a pool of fund with asset allocation structured designed to ensure fixed growth of fund invested.

Full Credit Portfolio

An investment portfolio for end-of-service benefit schemes managed on full credit basis with risk and return fully borne by the investor. Minimum investment capacity is N25million

Beneficiary Trust Account

Minimum investment is N1million. An investment account designed for beneficiary of a deceased person.

Investment Advice

An Investment service for high networth Individuals and Corporate Organisations for the purpose of managing staff End of Service Benefit Fund.

This plan is designed to encourage individuals to save towards retirement, build up funds for specific projects or other future needs in a flexible way. There is also an optional death benefit cover to provide the lump sum benefits to beneficiaries upon the death of participant within the duration of the plan.

The TSP product is one specifically designed to encourage individuals cultivate a savings culture. It is geared towards a building up funds for a specific goal or project.

Minimum Contribution

The minimum contribution per month into the plan is N20,000.00.

Minimum Duration

The TSP plan is for a minimum duration period of 12 months. It allows for flexible payment on monthly, quarterly or on annual basis as it is most convenient for the individual. 

Statement of account

Statement of Account will be provided periodically to contributors and can also be accessed on our website. 

This plan is designed to encourage individual to save towards old age in an easy , comfortable , affordable and convenient way.

How plan operates

Contributor can make a daily or as convenient weekly, monthly, quarterly into their account

Daily contribution can be as low as N200.00.

Benefits

You are able to save in a convenient and flexible way

You will not pay any penalties if you do not make contribution in a day.

If you choose to withdraw from the plan after (5)years, you will be paid accumulated contribution plus interest.

The Plan involves monthly deduction of contributions from Employee’s salary through the payroll system and remittance of same to NLPC for investment purposes. This deduction can be a fixed amount or a percentage of your annual basic salary or annual total emolument.

A guaranteed rate of return to be agreed will be credited to member’s account on annual basis. Statements of Account will be issued on quarterly basis and members will have access on-line to browse their account balances.

Where a member decides to be part of the Term Assurance Policy aspect, the premium will be paid annually by the member at the beginning of the year.
